Recorded programme · Six stages · For importers and exporters

International Trade from A to Z

At every deal table,
one side reads. The other is read.

A programme written from the Chinese exporter's own side: how he prices, what he fears, and how he reads the person across the table. Six stages that move you to the side that reads, whether you import or export.

BEFORE THE PROGRAMME

This is how you may look in their file today. The programme changes the assessment line.

01 · The first truth

Big deals are not lost in the factory. They are lost in a line nobody wrote.

600thousand dollars

A machinery order, the third batch on the line

Four batches under the buyer's brand. Payment stopped after the second. The contract never said who pays if an order is cancelled mid-production, so nobody paid.

3years

Tariffs after the price was fixed

The buyer's country raised duties after the exporter had fixed his price with the factory. Nobody gave way, and a three-year relationship ended in one message.

40% factory margin

When the factory reached the consumer alone

Selling through importers, his margin was 15 to 20%. Selling direct, it became 40%. The question for every importer: who stays in the chain?

From the case studies inside the programme.

02 · The table

Every deal table has two chairs,
and one file.

The programme is written from the opposite chair. Whichever seat is yours, you leave knowing what the person facing you knows.

The exporter's seat The importer's seat
In the importer's seat

The factory facing you studied your market before you arrived.

It knows its margin, its exchange rate, when to concede and when to pretend it cannot. You know what it printed in the catalogue.

In the programme the equation flips: you walk in holding its file.

In the exporter's seat

The buyer writing to you is asking others for the same price, in the same hour.

Some import a container every month, some leave no trace in any import record, and a few vanish after the second payment.

In the programme you learn who he is before you ship him a single container.

03 · What the market does not teach

Files you will not find in other courses.

Nine files from inside the programme, with the tools and numbers as they are really used. Open any of them.

  • TAM · SAM · SOM: from the whole market down to the share you can actually take.
  • Google Trends and SimilarWeb to read demand before you order a single container.
  • PESTEL, Porter and SWOT applied to perfume in Saudi Arabia, not to textbook examples.
  • Shipper is the supplier, Consignee the real importer, and Notify Party may be a broker or a bank. Do not be fooled.
  • Search by HS code, not by keyword: a broker may write body mist instead of perfume, and the client disappears from everyone else.
  • Follow the money: target those whose papers prove they import now, not those who "might" buy.
  • Import Yeti, Volza, Panjiva and Import Genius: which market each one suits, and when it is worth its price.
  • "The killer moment": a supplier who shipped every month, then went quiet for two months. That is exactly when your offer goes out.
  • Prices on these platforms are not 100% accurate. What matters is shipment count, weight, supplier and frequency.
  • Asks to change the bank account −30. Asks for D/A on the first deal −20. Refuses a video call −20.
  • Below 40 points: rejected, however pleasant he was at dinner.
  • Red pays 100% upfront; yellow pays 30/70 against a copy of the bill of lading.
  • A domain 99% like yours: the letter l becomes the number 1.
  • The usual excuse: "Our main account is under tax audit, please pay the new one."
  • The four-eyes rule: no financial decision on one signature, even your most senior employee's.
  • Soft clauses: terms that tie you to a rope held by the buyer, and how to reject them before shipping.
  • More than 70% of rejections are trivial errors, such as ml instead of ML.
  • When to ask for a confirmed LC, and why.
  • General average: when part of the cargo is thrown overboard to save the ship, everyone pays a share.
  • FPA, then WPA, then All Risks. Under CIF, the supplier picks the cheapest for you.
  • You need All Risks at 110% of the invoice. And "all risks" does not cover war, strikes or customs rejection.
  • The programme's example: a cost of $10, and a 13% rebate paid back to the factory in cash.
  • The rate differs by product category, and knowing it is a negotiating card the supplier does not expect.
  • Agent commission is calculated on FOB, not CIF. Why pay commission on the freight?
  • The story of a $500,000 shipment collected from the port and sold before the transfer arrived.
  • House B/L and Master B/L, and why a forwarder chosen by the buyer can be the gap.
  • One phrase in the right box protects you: To Order of Shipper.
04 · After the programme

Sentences you will say calmly,
and the other side will hear clearly.

  1. «The factory that sold to me "at cost" lost nothing. The export tax rebate is its profit, and I know the rate.»

  2. «My competitor's clients are no secret. I know their names, their volumes, and when they started looking for an alternative.»

    Stage 3 · Customs data

  3. «My goods may arrive intact, and I pay for other people's containers. I know which insurance closes that door.»

    Stage 5 · Marine insurance

  4. «The most dangerous client is the one who accepts my price at once.»

    Stage 4 · Risk radar

  5. «The bank never sees the goods. It sees only the documents, and a capital ML is enough to reject them.»

06 · The worked example

Press the bottle

One product. One market. From the first lesson to the last.

We chose perfume as the example product and the Saudi market as the example market. Every tool in the programme is applied to that same deal: from sizing the market, to the HS code, to the contract, to insurance, to the last document in the shipment.

You leave the programme with Scattered notes A complete deal plan, in order, step by step. Order is our signature. We leave the chaos to the market.

We will not say we are the best. We will say we have sat at this table more than a hundred times, on both sides, and paid for some of these lessons before we wrote them. You will pay less.

08 · Simple arithmetic

The most expensive way to learn trade is from your own account.

Someone paid full price for every lesson in this programme before you. We only collected the invoices, and put them in order.

The lessons invoice

What others paid · from the case studies

Lesson: "the cancellation clause"a full batch of an order
Lesson: "the tariffs"a 3-year relationship
Lesson: "general average"a share for others' containers
Lesson: "the bill of lading"a $500,000 shipment
Lesson: "the new account in Spain"a full transfer

09 · Not for everyone

This programme is not for you if…

You are looking for quick profit.

International trade is not a lottery ticket. Here we learn how not to lose before we learn how to win.

You want to start with a hundred dollars.

The programme is written for deals measured in containers, not samples. A hundred dollars barely ships the sample.

You are looking for one secret that changes everything.

There is no single secret. There are 44 lessons, and a system applied deal after deal.

That is why enrolment is by booking only: we review every request ourselves, and we do not accept anyone at random.

12 · Before you decide

Questions traders usually ask.

Is the programme live?

It is recorded. Watch it at your own pace, and come back to it before every big deal.

I export from China. Is it for me?

It is written from the exporter's side in the first place. For the exporter it is a working manual; for the importer, a window onto the other side of the table.

I have a team and an office in China. Why do I need it?

So you finally know what to ask them. If you do not know the right question, you cannot tell whether the answer is right.

How much time does it take?

Five and a half hours. Shorter than the flight to Guangzhou, and far cheaper than a lesson learned at the port.

What is the difference between Master and Premium?

Master is the full programme with its attachments and a short consultation. Premium adds people who sit with you on your project: Sami, a business adviser, a qualified lawyer, and a private group.

Can anyone register?

Yes, registration is open to everyone. We review every request ourselves and get back to you on WhatsApp.

When does the launch price end?

After 35 days; the countdown in the pricing section shows the time left. After that, Master is 3,200 RMB and Premium 5,500 RMB.

Is access limited in time?

No. It is for life.
