For remote registration, provide a certified true passport copy in the form accepted by the registration authority. This may require notarisation and an Apostille where the Convention applies, or foreign-ministry and Chinese embassy legalisation as applicable. Check with us before starting. Courier the required paper copy by DHL only after we review it and confirm the delivery address. Do not send your original passport.

Provide three distinct, distinctive names. China has a very large number of companies, so a name may already be used or resemble an existing name. Choosing carefully can reduce delays; all suggestions remain subject to availability and approval.

The Chinese name is used on the licence in China. If you suggest one, a phonetic rendering of the English name is preferable to a literal translation of its meaning. You may leave this to our team to propose and review.

Select multiple activities if needed. Listing an activity in the business scope does not automatically grant all required permissions. Manufacturing, assembly and some products, such as medical devices and cosmetics, may require additional licences, filings or approvals depending on the activity and product. We will review the requirements with you before operations begin.
