Business licence amendments
Change the legal representative, the registered address, the scope of business or the registered capital, and update the tax and bank records to match.
Companies change: a partner joins or leaves, you move to a new address, you add an activity that was not on the licence, or you raise the capital. Each of these must be registered with the market regulator and then updated at the tax bureau and the bank, or penalties quietly accumulate.
