Every company in China needs a registered address with a formal lease before its licence is issued. You do not have to rent a real office if you will not live here: a virtual address with a government-recognised lease is enough, and it is what most of our clients start with.
The options
- Basic virtual address: for companies whose owner does not need a work residence permit. From ¥3,200 a year.
- Virtual address that allows a work-visa application: required if you intend to obtain a work permit and residence. From ¥12,000 a year.
- Physical offices to rent: in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Yiwu, from a simple desk to a full suite. Priced by location and size.
We renew the lease annually and tell you before it expires, so your licence is never frozen because an address lapsed.
