Business Alipay and WeChat Pay accounts
A verified business account on Alipay and WeChat Pay in your company’s name, to collect payments from customers in China and pay suppliers the way everyone here does.
Nobody in China pays cash and almost nobody uses cards; Alipay and WeChat Pay are the money. A personal account is enough for buying, but collecting payments in your company’s name, opening an AliExpress store, or paying suppliers large sums all need a verified business account tied to the licence and the bank account.
Business verification asks for office photos, proof of the bank account and the company’s WeChat certification, and it is often rejected on the first attempt for small reasons. We prepare the file the way both platforms accept it the first time.
