Company & compliance
Hong Kong company formation
A Hong Kong company at one price that includes the business licence, the registered address and the accounting, for anyone who wants a bank account free to move currencies and an international front for their China trade.
Hong Kong is the usual choice for someone who buys in China and sells in the Gulf or Europe without planning to live in mainland China: no restrictions on moving foreign currency, low tax on profits earned outside Hong Kong, and a setup that in most cases does not need you there in person.
The package is one price: ¥8,900 covers the company registration and business licence, the registered address, and the accounting service. A Hong Kong bank account is added for ¥1,700.
When Hong Kong suits you, and when it does not
- It suits you if you want an international entity that receives from your customers and pays your suppliers in dollars without restrictions.
- It does not suit you if you need a work residence permit in mainland China or a Chinese import-export licence; then a company in Shenzhen or Guangzhou fits better, and we explain the difference before you choose.
What you get
- Licence, registered address and accounting in one price
- Free movement of foreign currency
- Remote setup in most cases
- A Hong Kong bank account for ¥1,700
- The difference from a mainland company explained before you choose

Common questions
Can I set up a Hong Kong company without travelling?
In most cases, yes; the incorporation documents are signed remotely. Hong Kong banks may ask the director to attend an interview, and we tell you that before you start.
